I don't think this means he signed. It just means he's coming to town for a visit. Some people should sign up for his twitter and give him a warm GB welcome.

Friend who is a buc fan.

Its possible that he means he is coming in for a visit. Posting it as he did though, I think he is signing a contract.

Free agent KR/PR Clifton Smith will visit the Packers Tuesday.

Ironically, Smith lost his roster spot in Tampa Bay when the Bucs claimed former Packers RB Kregg Lumpkin off waivers. No signing is imminent, but the former Pro Bowler's agent said Smith will decide between several offers Tuesday.

Who goes if he does sign? McDonald, Kuhn, or ??

I like the idea of a young former PB KR/PR, but his concussion history is troublesome.

If he returns kicks and punts, he is more than welcome.

Looks like Wesley is out of the league. Cut by the Lions on Saturday.

Nope, TT didnt close this deal either. He loves to have players in, but rarely signs them. But who knows, maybe our doctors found somthing the docs in miami didnt.

Free agent KR Clifton Smith is reportedly set to sign with the Dolphins.

The Dolphins were far from convinced that Nolan Carroll and Patrick Cobbs were the answer on kickoffs returns. Smith is likely to take over punt-return duties from Davone Bess as well. If healthy, he's one of the best specialists in the business.

Or maybe he saw the same thing that Tampa Bay did, when they dropped him in favor of someone TT had just cut days earlier...
