  • Jamon Meredith

So much for all the complimentary articles about him in Buffalo. He was released yesterday:

Football betting news and picks with focus on NFL, college football and sports betting legalization updates across the United States.

An O-lineman who can't stick with Buffalo probably doesn't have much of a future in the NFL.

Last year, I would think he gets picked up. Not so this year. Odd that the latest Arrigo internet fiction has the Bills asking the Packers for an O lineman.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Perhaps his lack of development was due to something other than Campen's sucky coaching.

I just heard a rumor that the Packers will sign Meredith and then trade him to Buffalo along with a #3 for Marshawn Lynch.

No, it was that Campen's coaching is so sucky that Meredith could not recover from it!

He didn't get much development time before he zoomed from Packers' practice squad to Bills starter.

He has been game day active too many times (more than former Packer Giacomini) to ever be on a practice squad again.

If no NFL team calls, he better get his development time in the CFL or UFL if he ever hopes to succeed.

Now the pieces are coming together.

Too bad our waiver claim for Trent Edwards was not successful. We might have been able to keep the 3rd round pick. I heard that Buffalo needs a QB too.

I expect Meredith will soon be playing for the Omaha Nighthawks.

And in related news, the Seahawks released Evan Detrich-Smith.

                        Yup.
In a move likely to still not satisfy those PO'd about losing OT Lydon Murtha off the practice squad, the Lions signed OL Jamon Meredith off the Bills waiver where he was likely heading back to their practice squad...
Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about. They didn't do it for individual glory. They did it because they loved one another.

...and Detroit apparently cut him now, too, on Sunday.
