Thanks for reminding me of that play and game.Originally posted by BretskyMother of all fuck ups on the missed completion to Harvin, which might have gotten them within FG range
That was as terrible as Favre missing a wide open Freeman on the Super Bowl we lost
4th quarter, tie game, completed pass puts Pack in field goal range to win back to back Super Bowls. Wide open and the shit over throws it by a ton.
Ron Wolf, why didn't you draft Moss when you had the opportunity?

I don't know. Cowboys are decent statistically, but they've been finding ways to lose. The baggie dome is a tough place to turn that around.Originally posted by channthemanNext week, we win, Bears lose, Vikings lose. Perfect weekend.Originally posted by gbgaryi think dallas will win with another week of media pressure on byron and a sore elbow.Originally posted by packerbacker1234next week....
I predict packers win, vikes win.I can't run no more

Watching Methuselah throw a pick-6 to keep the Heidi Hairs at 1-3 takes the sting out of the Redskins game just a tad.Originally posted by channthemanHell yeah!Originally posted by vinceJ-E-N-N JENN! JENN! JENN!
Nothing like a Favre INT to seal the Vikings loss after a terrible Packer game the day before.

I noticed he was grabbing his right elbow after those throws late in the game. This might be something he has to live with as long as he plays this season.Originally posted by Fosco33brett's throws look odd... wonder how that 41yr old arm will hold up.

I donno, I hate them both. How about a tie?Originally posted by curtis loewIf there was ever a game I would like to see the Vikings win, it is against the Cowboys. God, do I hate them.
Did any of you see the beginning of the game and can tell us what kind of "reception" the Jets fans gave #4?

How many drops did the Jets have last night? 8-9? If Holmes and Edwards can hold on to some of those passes the Jets run away with this one early. Sanchez got too much blame for his passes. He had several just bounce off his receivers or go through their hands. All hail the Ruler of the Meadow!

This game was Brett Favre's career rolled up into 60 minutes, or at least the last half of his career.
Some wild misses on throws coupled with some impressive throws on the run and laser shots for big gains and TDs.
A cold start followed by a frantic finish.
3 TD tosses.
Lost fumbles.
Interceptions (counting the conversion attempt), one returned for a TD.
Playing and throwing in apparent physical discomfort.
A tear your heart out loss featuring a wild comeback giving you hope for a final drive at the end of the game ending with some head scratcher throws and an interception returned for a TD to pretty much seal the loss.
