    The Green Bay Packers recently met with free-agent TE Spencer Havner (Lions), but he is still recovering from a hamstring injury and is not healthy enough to play, reports Jason Wilde, of ESPNMilwaukee.com.

      I know he will be signed...I have in a safety deposit box the EXACT same pictures that Slocum has...I sent an open letter to the Packer Organization with my demands.
      Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

        Based on what the JSO reported on Monday about the Packers giving Havner a look see it sounds like he could be signed now if somebody wanted him.
