I don't have a problem with the hit on Rodgers...I get tired of the NFL forcing defenders to try to tackle a QB by giving them a 3 sq inch target that is acceptable to hit.

Contact to the helmet is obvious and should be called everytime. If you are going to call that, then you have to let defenders hit a QB in the midsection. They can't go after their legs either, remember?

It was leading with the helmet not where he hit ARod!

He couldn't have bodyslammed Arod if he just speared him in the chest. It was a good tackle IMO. You can't expect a defender who is getting pushed and pulled by a blocker to be able to perfectly contact the QB.

Just watched the DVR. Lead with the head slipped off right and bodyslammed Rodgers.

Has AR regressed or are Packers WR (not TEs) overrated

Our OL is bad. They can't give Rodgers any time in the pocket. If Rodgers had the time that Henne has, our offense would look a lot better.

I think it has more to do with the fact opposing defenses do not respect our run game. The front four just pins their ears back and rush Rodgers; LBs drop deep and wait for Rodgers to make a mistake, Packer penalty, or WR drop.

Henne has ALL DAY to throw...of course Marshall will get open.

Our issue isn't a lack of talent at receiver...but the fact that Thompson hasn't adequately addressed our OL problems for 4+ years.

This offense is sad. It's run, pass for first down followed by pass/pass/pass/punt.

Do you think its any cooincidence that the only time we get first downs is when we run first?
