Does it make anyone feel better I beat the Vikes 38-17 on Madden?"I would love to have a guy that always gets the key hit, a pitcher that always makes his best pitch and a manager that can always make the right decision. The problem is getting him to put down his beer and come out of the stands and do those things." - Danny Murraugh

27-20.
Not sure which team will have 27 and which 20, but the one who doesn't have 27 will have 20, and vice versa. That's as close as I can get right now!
I'm seeing 33-13 Packers. They come ready to play against a very good Vikings team, and beat the mediocre one.2025 Ratpickers champion.

this is the exact type of game where brint is at his worst....when desperations set in the picks begin.Originally posted by Scott Campbell View PostThis is a wounded animal game. MN has nothing left to play for, except this game. This is Bert's last chance to stick it to Ted - his last shot at some small measure of redemption.
I like the Packers in a close one - 27-24.

I think this is a big game for MM. Is he a championship caliber coach or a fraud?
We should win this game handily if we can hold Shiancoe and Peterson to 2 TD's.
I don't think we do win if purple puts up more than 27 points.[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

This is a game where brent could be playing on emotion......problem is, that emotion can bring out both the best and worst in him. There's a fine line between 3TD throws, and 1TD and 2 pick 6's.
I hope that having played the Pack three times now, this game doesn't mean any more to him than any other game - because without heroics on his part, we dust them, and we're good enough to beat them without him handing us the game--
Imagine for a moment a world without hypothetical situations...

What was the stat, something like 11 of the last 12 games in the series have been decided by 7 points or fewer? It will be close. I just want a win. I'm not expecting a blowout. The Vikings won't mail it in at 3-6 and playing the Pack at home. They lose this one, and they are done."There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. But quite frankly, most of the people that are commenting on it don't know anything about what they are talking about."--Ted Thompson

You sound exasperated by the Vikings poor showing.Originally posted by packerbacker1234 View PostThis game still scares me, regardless of them losing to the bears. They know mathmatically they have to win every single game for a shot at the WC. There small bit of wiggle room is gone - they are at home, and like it or not, they are really tough to beat at home still, will all 3 of their wins coming in the dome.
27-24 vikings. We are the better team, we should win a tight game, but if the vikings can't get up for this game than I don't know anymore. I want us to win, but the vikings are the more desperate team.I can't run no more

Interesting stat.
The Vikings beat the Packers at the Metrodome last season (30-23) and in 2008 (28-27), but otherwise McCarthy is 9-2 in domed stadiums, including playoffs."There's a lot of interest in the draft.
