End of game...favre walked up to McCarthy, shook his had and said, "I'm done.". We rewound and played again to verify ...just found it interesting.

Somewhat of an odd thing to say to the opposing coach, even if he did play for him a couple years.

First, I doubt MM cares much.
Second, MM and everyone else already knew he was done. Favre needs to look in a mirror and say that.

dang it. wish i'd recorded it. if we're talking about it someone in the national media is too. maybe they'll show us that clip. could be he's been told of an eminent suspension. retire and avoid it.

If Favre were to put on a whole lot of weight, saying it to McCarthy would be kind of like saying it to a mirror.

I went back in my DVR and even had my wife take a look at that as well. I can't see that he says I'm done and my wife agreed with me.

We had 5 people agree that his words were "I'm done"....of course of them is a speech teacher, so it's kind of her thing...

I couldn't tell that he said "I'm done" either. I don't know why MM would be the one that Favre tells anyway, and we all know that even if he did say that, Favre flip flops all the time. He can change his mind at any second.

did you hear his post game interview? Guy asked him if he's thought about retiring during the season, he said something to the effect, "yeah I've thought about things like that a lot of the time in the offseason....that's a joke...you must be a new around here."

When I looked at it, I noticed a second person on a grassy knoll in the background; a cheerleader. It looked to me as though she was doing that thumb/pinky thing to her ear…. “call me.”
After lunch the players lounged about the hotel patio watching the surf fling white plumes high against the darkening sky. Clouds were piling up in the west… Vince Lombardi frowned.

What does he say if you play it backwards?
