Not what. Who. Me. I promote posts to articles if I like them and think they have merit. Please understand "like" does not mean agree necessarily. Just well stated, well thought out, and logical.

So the difficult and elusive solution to having GC posts on the front page is that you don't put them there?Originally posted by Joe View PostNot what. Who. Me. Oh hey, another thing that sucks ass: When you reply with a quote, that obnoxious "+Reply to Thread" button moves directly under the reply box. Which means half the time I click that instead of the tiny unassuming "Post Quick Reply" button that would actually post my response. Instead, I'm taken to a fresh reply box and everything is wiped out. Kill that fucking ugly button or at least keep it above the reply box."You're all very smart, and I'm very dumb." - Partial

Can you walk through that step by step? I just hit Reply With Quote to your post and the + Reply to Thread button doesn't move (its always at the top and bottom of the post list). And Post Quick Reply is where it always is for me. Maybe its the browser (Firefox here)?Originally posted by SkinBasket View PostOh hey, another thing that sucks ass: When you reply with a quote, that obnoxious "+Reply to Thread" button moves directly under the reply box. While this won't reduce the default size of the post space, you could reduce the font size of the Quote and Signature text. They are larger than the post text by quite a bit.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Sorry great Satan. Let me be more clear. All forum posts show up on the right under the section "recent forum posts". I can promote posts to articles if I choose. Those articles appear both in the middle of the front page, and in the section on the left.Originally posted by SkinBasket View PostSo the difficult and elusive solution to having GC posts on the front page is that you don't put them there?

Deanna must have said something similar back in the 90s.Originally posted by Joe View PostUntil I figure out how to shorten that, I've gotta shorten something. After lunch the players lounged about the hotel patio watching the surf fling white plumes high against the darkening sky. Agree. It 's nice to know what asshat is lurking around FYI.Originally posted by Numb View PostPut the "who's online" at the bottom or top of the separate forums, not just at the main page. After lunch the players lounged about the hotel patio watching the surf fling white plumes high against the darkening sky. With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up
A thundercloud
They're going to hear from me - Leonard Cohen
