You know, there is something about this Flynn guy. I love Rodgers to death, but Flynn is really taking what he is given. Rodgers seems to always be aiming at the guy that is 12+ yards down the field. Flynn has some very nice qualities abou thim, and that was a great decision to throw it away instead of trying to force it. Take the points.

Flynn is keeping Brady off the field too. But yeah, the D is doing a damn good job. 7 of those points are on Flynn and another 7 on Slocum.

I agree with you on everything except implying that Rodgers somehow wouldn't have done that. Rodgers doesn't make mistakes in the redzone (only 2 INT's compared to 44 TD's or something). A comparison to Favre would have been more accurate.

I think it was mostly jitters really. He was staring at Driver even before the snap. The annoucners called it was going to him prior to the snap. What a difference a week of preparation can make.

I was ok with the playcalls based on Kuhns performance in the game and our general effectiveness at running it. I'd have even been fine with one more shot with Kuhn.

I didn't imply rodgers wouldn't throw it away, I was mostly implying that Flynn is making some smart choices. He clearly appears to be better take what is given to him in comparison to AR. Grant it, AR doesn't turn it over either, but AR is not the guy you think of to run a dink and dunk offensive game plan with. Helps our line plays better too whent eh QB is under center.
