Maybe they want a week off.

First off hes not holding the ball out to be stripped. Maybe he didnt know how much time was left on the clock, hes not watching the game on TV like the rest of us. Is he a show off? Of course but that doesnt make him a punk. I think you guys take some stuff too seriously and forget at the end of the day its a game.
Exactly. Every player needs to respect the game.

That wasn't showboating in that case; at least it wasn't just showboating. He was looking back for the clock I think. And it had just gone to double zero.

Does anyone else feel this way? I mean, I dont want the Packers to lose but at least now it wont ruin my entire week.
I'm sure all of Packer nation is breathing a big sigh of relief tonight no matter what happens tonight. Of course we have to take care of business the next two weeks at Lambeau but it is much nicer to be in control of your own destiny rather than depend on other teams winning or losing.

Well, so much for my memory. It had gone to zero while he was at the 20, but did he have a clock to look at in that endzone? My first thought was that he was looking at the time, then dove when he saw it was zero.

Who knows - maybe Favre has a one more MNF moment left.

Sorta fun to have to cheer with him tonight.

If what they just said was true about Favre, going to visit that little girl and not wanting the media to know anything about it. Then I applaud him.

He can't move anyway. What difference does field conditions make?

You need to ask him after he gets pounded into it a few times.
