Ok, we ran it ineffectively, but by committing to it, we kept the defense off balance and wore them down. Play actions worked better, the giants had to honor it, and we put up 45 points.

We even ran it more than I thought we should have...27 carries if I remember correctly. Go MM, as long as we keep D's off balance we can run this thing.

I doubt it. Three weeks out of four the Packers have run the ball quite a bit. The one game where they didn't, against the Lions, it's hard to blame him for abandoning the run given the play of the offensive line.

But you miss my point. We didn't run the ball all that well sunday either. 33 carries for 93 yards after I just looked it up....2.81 per tote. But we stuck with it and wore them down. We play actioned off it for big gains. As I've always said you HAVE to run more than 13 times a game. Go back and look at all our losses this year and you will see a lot of 15 and under carry games.
