Reasons why the Green Bay Packers not only advance but win Super Bowl XVL:

    1. Number one scoring defense in the entire NFL. Defense is a beast. Oh, and hold on...paging Mr. Jenkins, Mr. Cullen Jenkins...please report to the LINC next Sunday at 3:30 CST for the beat down.
    2. Aaron Rodgers
    3. Who scares you from the NFC? Philly peaked with their Miracle in the New Meadowlands. ATL would've lost to GB but for a fumble at the one yard line. NO is flawed, Bears better than thought but no one is scared of them. How about St Louis/Seattle? LMAO
    4. NE barely won at home against Matt Flynn, Pittsburgh secondary can't hold a candle to ours. Baltimore is overrated. I'll take Rodgers over Flacco any day.

Get on or get off. This shit's about to get interesting.

I'm sorry, this bothers me every time I see it. How is an NFL team 'overrated'?

How? If you listen to the talking heads, they constantly get lathered up about the Ravens defense. Oh, woe is the team that would play the Ravens. They are a dangerous team.

Did you know the mighty Ravens, who have a good defense, finished behind the Packers in scoring defense? GB gets no pub for their D in comparison to the Ravens.

And their offense finished behind the Detroit Lions on scoring offense.

I hope I answered your question sufficiently.

they are not as good as most people "rate" them, therefore they are OVER rated?

Yeah, doesn't seem too hard to figure out--although I don't think Baltimore is overrated. They are a good team. They are a team that can beat the likes of Indy, NE, and Pittsburgh.

One of my coworkers is a HUGE eagles fan. Week one...we had a wager on the game. If the Packers won...he had to wear a Packers hat all week at work. And vice versa. Let's just say I had a good week. This time...we have a $50 bet.

The Packers can get to the Super Bowl by beating a Philadelphia team they've already beaten, an Atlanta team they lost to by 3 in the final seconds, and a Bears team they've split with. It's a daunting task to win 3 straight road playoff games, but not insurmountable.

If the D keeps playing this way they'll be just fine. As long as the offense can score more than 10 per game...

I missed that. They are 12-4 in a pretty good division. Maybe 'rated' is the wrong word. So statistically theyre not as good as some other teams? I guess it all depends on what 'talking heads' you listen to. I avoid espn like the plague.
