  • Bear's luck continues?

Can anyone believe they play Seattle?

I know records don't matter anymore, but in the second round of the playoffs they draw a 7-9 team who got in by narrowly beating a team that had the first pick in the draft last year.

    Unbelievable luck.

I'm waiting for the announcement that Hasselbeck will not be able to play this week.

Bears are Super Bowl bound. The football gods have cast their blessings on the Bears.
How else can you explain the season the Bears have had?

Yes...Hasselback gets hurt...then whoever wins the Packers/Falcons game loses their QB in the process.

But the Bears have beat people. And played the Pack tough twice.

              Easily explained

              1. The Packers are destined to beat all of the bird teams on their way to the SB this year.

              OR

              2. How much more awesome could it be than beating the Bears at their place for the NFC championship on our way to the SB.

Either way I've decided that the Packers, not the Bears are the team of destiny this season. Yes the Bears have had some incredible luck, but the Pack have overcome more, shown more resilience and had to use more imagination. Have some faith people.

Not worried. They're just getting set up for the old gunslinger to throw a pick to Corey Webster in overtime of the NFCCG.

The Seachickens beat the Bears this season already at Chicago.

Seattle already beat the Bears once this year. They have the formula for victory.

Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

Seattle won't be able to make it, so the NFL will substitute the first runner up team, St-Louis?
