I'd be more than happy to, but I don't really think there's a chance it will "cool down".

      Howard,
My kid had a chrome bike once but it rusted out about 5 minutes after we got it home. Does rust make hell cooler?

If you believe that the rust on your kid's bike will make hell cooler, then you should go to hell. But there is no longer chrome on his bike, so that means that there is no hell, so the rust becomes a non-issue. It would still be hot if there was a hell that you had to go to for believing that rust would cool down a non-existent place that you should be damned to for believing in rusty bikes that would somehow have an effect on the temperature.
After lunch the players lounged about the hotel patio watching the surf fling white plumes high against the darkening sky. Clouds were piling up in the west… Vince Lombardi frowned.

So THAT explains why I'm agnostic! Thanks!

Glad I could help clarify your agnosticism.

Just 'cause Freak Out, in his over zealous want for attention, posted a homo pic in my Garbage can thread - doesn't mean there's gonna be any man affairs going on with the Captain. Sorry Freak, sorry Zool - The Captain is hetero.

For what it's worth, Kerry king of Slayer is one of my guitar heroes. I've been told I could pass for Kerry King's younger less tattooed brother.

Slayer mostly speaks for itself. It'll reach out of your speakers and make your ears bleed.
Since we've covered hell, blasphemy, and agnosticism it seems only right that Slayer becomes a part of the conversation.

To keep it Packer football related, I recall reading either a story or a thread about a lineman who would listen to various thrash metal as his pre-game ritual to get pumped up for the game. Slayer was specifically mentioned. Anyone recall who that was?

To keep it related to the topic "have some faith":

I can say that I'm not a religious man, but if I have faith in anything, it's that the next Slayer recording will be bad ass and brutal, ranking high amongst the many different genre's of metal that exist today.

well, here I've been ripping bears fans all week for copying and pasting various bears versions of this on FB and stuff (see the bears joke thread for example).

I guess Packer fans really are just as dumb. I'm not offended but its just a stupid flaming hot pile of dog shit for creativity.

To be honest, I've always thought these "prayers" changed to athletes names were stupid.

Yes but what are your feelings on Slayer's greatness? This last tour with Megadeth and Testament was a thing to behold.

Slayer would be a lot better if they just dispensed with the singing. Their vox just take away from the shredding.

Soldier Field. That's close enough to hell for anyone. (Or they can be sent to Wrigley to watch the baby bears cruise through their second century of failure.)

Oooh. I detect the scent of righteous critical superiority in the air. Well to both of you I present:

Tour of the decade. I'm obviously biased though.
