  • Super Bowl XLV...Let's hear it

Yeah it's Tuesday but enough pleasantries. Who do you got in this game and why ?

I'am going Packers 23-20 in a close game. Mason gets to earn his keep late in the game. Both defense's are really good but I think the Packers have the edge inside over Pitt.

    Packers 32- Steelers 30
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

        Say their prayers out loud

21-24 Steelers with Crosby missing a FG to tie.

            I'll call a blowout.

            Pack 51
            Pitt 27

Most of Pitts points will come against a prevent defense.

              Packers 24-17

Polamalu makes a difference but so do Raji and Shields in this year's matchup. Might be a score right out of the gate, but generally Defenses will hold the edge until late 2nd half. If packers take lead and can get Pitt to throwing exclusively, it could be worse.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

                  Packers 35
                  Steelers 31

Crap gets scared out of everyone at the end but the defense seals the deal.

Tonights Tosh.O had his old school video showing the Pack wins (I think) 54-7.....but it also said that the magicman was throwing to stearling sharpe, so it may not be up to date

In other news....I'm LOVING the under (44½) in this game. Packers have been close winners/losers all year and i don't see this match up being any different. Edge of the seat win for the Pack 21-16

20-17 in OT. Flip a coin, heads Packers win, tails Steelers win.

The teams are way too similar to pick a winner before kickoff. The only thing I can be reasonably sure of is that the score will be small and points will be at a premium.

I had a dream last night where the Packers were trailing 32 - 20 with 6:20 left in the 4th. GB had just picked the Steelers QB (who was not Roth or Batch) and had it in the Steelers half of the field. That's when I woke up.
