        C'mon, Jordy was playing in the Super bowl, not some lousy useless who cares NFC championship game that wont be talked about for years to come, perhaps even more than the super bowl, by the respective fans at least.

              nelson=gritty football player/packer

              cutler= pussy

              jordy had a pretty decent injury and you never would have known it, no limping, no nothing. and with that injury he sucked it up and had one of the biggest plays of the year

              he also seems to be in the same mold as driver and jennings. they said during the return to titletown celebration that jordy had the whole WR corps at his farm in the off season for an awesome bonding experience. those are the types of players you love to have on your team

              guys a keeper. it think he and jenning will made a damn good 1-2 in a year or 2. we still need decent 3's and 4's though

                Agreed. Nelson still drops too many passes.

                    If that is a prerequisite to being a good WR....Snake's tasty ass G-friend could make millions. She does it every day with an eager smile. Snake is a lucky man. She caught a touchdown this morning....and again
                    30 min. ago. That's an all-star!!! Go Pack and fuck Jordy...he sucks.

                        [QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

                          It's never too early to crown someone as an awesome player on the internet.

                          And let's not pretend that Driver hasn't had some drop issues himself.

                            Actually, I think Driver and Jones have had the most drops the last few years. Nelson joined them this year, but it hasn't been a huge issue previously. I know one year he only dropped one pass according to one of the magazine hacks.
                            "There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. But quite frankly, most of the people that are commenting on it don't know anything about what they are talking about."--Ted Thompson

                              I've heard a few TV talking heads during games say Favre threw catchable passes whereas Rodgers' touch isn't as finely tuned, meaning less catchable passes on occasion. I'm not talking about balls like the one Jones dropped that fell into his lap when he was streaking down the right sideline 2 yards in front of the defender (forget the game).

                              Now, I know how hard Nutz can throw a football (hard!) and he knows I can catch well (away from the body) and some of those throws seemed more catchable to me and I'm sure the drops he thought I should have caught. But when it comes to making a comparison on whether or not Rodgers' passes are too hard, well I'd just embaress myself.

                              I'd be interested in others' views on how many drops are down to "catchability".
