This thread is a cheap shot I know. I too thought it was funny that he wore #4 at Butte. Rodgers was quite the lanky one as a lad.
While I think Favre behaved despicably in '08 by doing everything in his power to damage the Packers, I look forward to the day when Favre, Thompson, McCarthy and Rodgers can shake hands and at least put on a front of making up. It has to happen. They're intextricably connected forever. I hope it happens sooner than later.
I hadn't heard about the call to McCarthy either.Last edited by vince; 02-14-2011, 06:14 PM.

Aaron hasn't changed. Same personality, same approach to the game it sounds and even then he always talked up his line and teammates. I didn't know if that was something he manufactured. He seems so perfect with everything he says. Maybe he's just that grounded.
On to Favre, if I were the Packers, I'd want nothing to do with him until Rodgers is gone. He brings no good to us.Last edited by RashanGary; 02-15-2011, 06:45 AM.Formerly known as JustinHarrell.

I heard he sent McCarthy a message as well. I thought it was McCarthy who said it, but give the lack of a hullabaloo, it must have been the nefarious and hard to pin down league source.Originally posted by Patler View PostOH, you were serious! I had not heard that.
I wonder if he talked to TT as well.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.
