  • Will The Packers Draft A QB?

Flynn is probably gone after this year. Is it time for Ted to draft his eventual replacement?

3rd round or later if the right guy is there. This will be Flynn's third year of being a good backup for us. It would be nice to have another one groomed when Flynn leaves.

Not a lot of faith in Grahm Harrel I take it? Yeah, me niether.

If they can get Kaepernick in the fourth, I'd be all over that. Kid's already a Packer fan. I don't think he'll last that long, but I've been surprised before.

Really hard to say. Probably not. But I didn't have much faith in Flynn (until I saw him play this year) either.

Too bad for Harrell that the QB school was cancelled. that's where Flynn really shined, I believe.

Picking Adam Froman in the 7th would allow TT to free himself from the curse of Brian Brohm.

Well.....depends on how the earlier rounds go but he could make a good NFLer.

I prefer they draft Abe Froman, Sausage King of Chicago. I believe he was also a JSO poster, but Howie would know that better than me.

Yup....I think they need to grab one. Scott Tolzien in round 7 would fit well !

                      Good topic
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

I think TT did well to pull the trigger in both ways; 1. he tried to pick up a solid, developmental back up 2, He immediately admitted the 7th rounder was better pulled the trigger to put him (BB) on the PS, I commend him for it.

                            Tolzien...

Are we even sure Flynn is going to be gone after this year? All indications seem to point to the Packers wanting to keep him as the backup. Rodgers has a history of getting banged up, and with the concussions last year it's even more of a threat.

I could see a QB picked in round 5-7 or an interesting name being signed as an undrafted rookie, but just because that seems to be TT's MO.

I don't think we'll have much of a choice given the lack of QB talent in the league. He'll get an offer he can't refuse, and leave. And we can't blame the guy for wanting to start.
