So true! I've been thinking about that all off-season in contrast to what TT got for JWalk. Trading JWalk really hurts, but he didn't want to play for GB. I'm guessing it's either an ego thing or he's getting bad advice (not on a Clarett scale, but still...).

With that in mind I'm not complaining about the trade yet. GB got a bunch of players who may be starters -- with a rookie salary cap number.

As far as Cory Rodgers goes, I'm not gonna dis the kid..it's 2 weeks into TC, and WR is a tough position to pick up in the pros. I always got the impression a case of the dropsies was contagious among receiving corps...and goes as quickly as it arrives. I like that he's putting in extra time fielding punts -- that tells me he's got a work ethic. Plus the coaches are messing with his fielding technique, so there's an adjustment period.

All that being said, I don't know that he'll make the final cutdown. He may be a practice squad guy that gets called up mid-season when someone's hammy acts up. That would give him more time to get comfortable with the offense and the punts. I can't see Woodson returning punts...pretty risky thing for a coach to have your starting CB do.

The only one who I think really could of helped us was Roddy White and Reggie Brown. Brown would of been a reach there, but he could of picked White. I'm really interested to see how Rodgers plays against San Diego and others. If he isn't ready by next season, than we can start calling him a bust, but it's still to early to call him a bust. Hopefully Favre will still be around next season, though.

Honestly, I am pretty confident in A-Rod. It looks like he is getting infinitely better. Next year, with a second training camp in the same system, I expect he'll be spot on

Watching an offense that continually shoots itself in the foot by stupid penalties and dropped or tipped balls for INTs.

M3 told T2 to getr him bigger receivers. He must not have specified models that could also catch. But wait until you see them zone block!

What I don't get is how you play wide receiver in the nfl, which means you should the best hands in the world, and can't even catch.

I play with my buds all the time and I hardly ever drop a pass.

It's only hard to catch in Wisconsin.
