Not a shocker. I hope both catch on somewhere. Harrell's back has had two years now to heal up, so maybe, just maybe, the guy will be able to stay healthy.

The answer to the Harrell question is just under $700,000 in cap room saved. His option bonus was obviously guaranteed.
Poppinga had a cap number of 2.5 mi, not sure what acceleration he had.

hate to see the guy flame out. I still remember the shock when the pick was announced and the anger afterwards, but the guy's determination and stamina turned me into some sort of twisted cheerleader. Hated the pick, but wanted him to succeed anyhow.

He clearly had the physical tools to play well minus the ability to stay on the field.

I hope he comes into camp on a vet minimum as well. From his interviews you can tell he really wants to contribute and knows he hasn't even come close to living up to what he has been paid.Go PACKComment

maybe the packers can resign Harrell. He has as good of a shot to make the Packer roster as other teams, the Packer D-line is not deep. Also, the coach's have stayed positive on the guy.Comment
