My roommate is Cowgurls fan, and I absolutely despise them. The whole "America's Team" thing and the early 90's beatdowns is probably the reason for this. If ever there was a team outside the division I would cheer for to go 0-16 it is them.

I actually hail from Johnson City, but Nashville is a damn fun town.

America's Team?... my ass! I've always hated them, Jerry Jones, Jimmy Johnson, Irvin, Romo, Aikman, Staubach... any and everyone with that "star" on their helmets.... who in the hell decided these assholes were "America's Team" anyway? Some "no name, gotta go google their ass" talking head no doubt... nonsensical garbage... America's Team indeed.... pfffft...

Wow... my cousin, Mikey, used to be NYPD, worked for Rikers, now works private sector security.... he lost over 35+ friends who were first responders in New York.... sent me over 100 photos taken by first responders that folks like you and I would never see... horrible shit.... also sent me a copy of the Post with the names highlighted of all the friends he lost.... I have those photos stashed and hermetically protected from the elements because I hope to pass them on. From time to time I roll them out just to keep my perspective straight... I'll never forget that day...ever... it doesn't take a 10 year anniversary to make me take notice and get "convenient" patriotism...

Yeah... the commercial sucks and the media is milking a situation on a milestone anniversary marking tragedy that some people live with every day... it never dissipates...I love New York....
