Strength of Schedule and Strength of Victory change every week and almost after every game.
Strength of Schedule is the average win/loss record of opponents played this season.
Strength of Victory is the average win/loss record of teams defeated this season.

Do you mean by selecting the 'zoom text only' option, or is there another way?

In Firefox, under the View->Zoom menu, there is a Zoom text only option. When its checked and you zoom/unzoom, only the text on the pages changes. Its a nice feature.
