is our d really that much difference from late last year? jenkins isn't here and collins isn't here. thats the only difference, right? we've been getting killed all year by quick hitters, not exactly anything jenkins or collins would prevent. and besides we still sucked when collins was playing.

so what is it? has dom somehow lost it after all these decades of coaching. are we doing something different that isn't working? are hawk and bishop sucking that much?

Jenkins to Wynn is a stellar downgrade in terms of constency of penetration and pass rush
Tyrone Williams has an injured shoulder; he has a hard time jamming WR's at the line as he's so good at and is not playing much above average
Sam Shields is still not at all consistent......we miss Nick Collins........those three pts make Woodsen less effective at what he does best......roaming, anticipating...making huge plays

I think its got a lot to do with Williams shoulder injury. He can't shut people down like last year. No one to take presure off of Matthews is big too.

Jenkins never started after first 3 games. So downgrade is only at backup level
