Do you mean MMMDK? He posts here because he is wierd. So are most of the posters on here. He isn't Russian, he's Danish.

That's OK, we got Danes, Mexicans, Canucks, and a whole pile of cheeseheads on this forum, ya know?

Is he bellyaching about getting the ball thrown his way? Probably. Does he have a point? Possibly, though less likely if all WRs are healthy.

Is it a tantrum or demanding the ball? Nope.
still the point is, if you have a concern, voice it to the coach and A-rod privately and not the media. That sort of thing never really goes over well, esp after your offense just blew the doors off someone. It just makes you look like a selfish D-bag

I don't remember but did Greg Jennings say anything last yr when he was lost in the offense before Finley went down?

Frustrated, that's probably an understatement, honestly," said Jennings. "You get frustrated in the game of football. Opportunities can be misconceived sometimes. Targets - they can be targets but they cannot really be targets. It's a game where, when you get an opportunity, you've got to make the best of it. We're going to make it happen."

Came here on the suggestion of a very good friend of mine last night after the game... him obviously a huge Packer fan and kicker of chins of those who talked trash on Favre back in the day lol...

I, myself, am a Falcons fan though (admittedly a bigger college football, Georgia Bulldogs fan)... but I have somewhat taken up cheering for the Packers over the years because of my friend and the team in general has been likable for me since Reggie White's days when I paid more attention to them.

Anyways... all that just to say the Julio Jones pick was loved by most simply because Atlanta is in SEC territory and few people didn't already know Julio as a very good player on a national title winning team at Alabama, which is only a couple hours away from Atlanta to begin with. Personally I love Julio Jones the player but absolutely hate the pick and I have all along. We had real needs on defense and we basically traded all our value for one player at a position that wasn't a real need... and we addressed our defense by signing castaway DBs from other teams and a vastly overrated DE from Minnesota.

So yeah... there may be a lot of outspoken people who just loooove that we picked up Julio Jones, but they are homers and extreme haters of their own team after a loss. I hated the pick and saw the potential for us to start the season this way. Our offensive coordinator wouldn't know a good gameplan or adjustments if it was handed to him... I have no idea how he became so highly regarded in the league... and our defense is a great player, a few really good ones, and like 7 completely interchangeable bodies. Frustrated doesn't begin to describe me on draft day.

I believe Freak was referring to the video of the Russian cat (the feline kind, not the cool kind) yelling NO NO NO NO NO NO for four minutes straight.

Nice to have a reasonable opposing fan here again. We lost custody of the last one in the Favre divorce and we're still a little weepy over it. Note to folks: I did say reasonable. No one misses the Bears fans.

I totally agree with you. I was very happy - as a Packer fan - with what the Falcons failed to do in the offseason. The funny thing about the team is that Matt Ryan doesn't really throw a good deep ball at all - except off play action. The takes away from Jones' effectiveness.

                        • If I owned a restaurant in Green Bay, or Atlanta I suppose, I would have a burger on the menu called the "Matty Melt." The subtitle would read, "looks great but tastes like shit." Matt Ryan in a nutshell.

That can be quite variable as you know Bretsky.

I thought Red went back to smoking because he was nearly calm during the opening of the game on the gameday thread. No call for anyone to be fired even down by 14 points.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I happen to adore cats; our family cat is called Ronja as in classic novel by Astrid Lindgren: Ronja Robbersdaughter.
