Olin Kreutz walks away from the Saints

    By MJD

One of the NFL's all-time great centers is walking away from the game. Olin Kreutz , a six-time Pro Bowler, four-time All Pro, and member of the NFL's All-Decade Team for the 2000s, has left the Saints.

According to his agent, Kreutz's passion for the game just wasn't there anymore. He'd rather walk away than keep getting paid, while feeling like he wasn't contributing.

"He decided, 'If I can't bring that same passion every day to work,.... "

Wow, I thought that dude played football so he could get all his meanness out in a legal way.

Hope he doesn't start punching grannies and spitting on babies no that he has no outlet.

Rumor mill is that he has been playing badly and was in immediate danger of being replaced by his backup. He also supposedly got in a fight with his coach (maybe he punched him? ) and they could not effect a trade. Hence, a hasty retirement.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Wow. Be warned, all the grannies and babies in Olin Kreutz's neighborhood.

I feel the same intense, profound feelings I had when Corey Fuller retired.
