Yea QBs train a little different from other positions for obvious reasons but alot of those routines in those video I've done with P90X . They might look easy but trust me that shit gets results.

I wouldn't expect AR's workouts to be throwing big weights around. I'm no expert but it looked like a lot of it was quick twitch and explosive stuff. You have to be in great shape to be able to yell and talk doing cardio at that pace.
