I'm a little shocked that McKenzie didnt' give it a year given Oakland had some success this year.

I think this is the best way to go since McKenzie does not strike me as a control for control's sake kind of guy. But as was mentioned earlier, I wonder how many he is going to poach from the Packers. The AFC West might be on the rebound thanks to the Packers.

Holmgren took Dorsey, Schneider and Thompson and I think one other didn't he?

I also wonder if it will be a guy or two now and then another one after the draft.
