  • Peyton Manning: Predictions

One week to go before the March 8 deadline.

So what happens to a QB that has thrown for 54,828 yards and 399 TDs?

  • #2
He is cut before his roster bonus because he still can't throw the ball with decent velocity?

I'd have to guess one of two scenarios:
      1. He restructures the deal with heavily weighted performance options for 1 year and Luck gets some learning time
      2. 'Cut' or 'asks for release' and another team does #1 above
The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.

Gets cut, goes to Vikings, trash talks old team, sends d*ck pics to a hottie, has best year of career.

            1. is cut but resigns with colts
            2. is cut signs elsewhere
            3. stays
            4. retires

What should happen, and this is just me, but he should retire. Is your life worth it? I don't know, I was never a pro football player, so I can't answer that. What I'm guessing will happen though is he will be cut...what happens after that I have no idea. I'm just sick of hearing Irsay tweets.

I actually think he's forth behind Luck, RG and Flynn. Once the top three get sorted out then Payton falls in.

Some think the Colts will release him and Shanahan is interested in bringing him to the 'Skins.
                  Thanks Ted!

Of course he is, so I can spend another football season surrounded by pissed off football fans. Ok, it's kind of fun, but you see my point.

I kind of think it's a smart move, it would only cost cash, no draft picks, and if Peyton is back to his old self the 'Skins would be playoff bound. But, they need to draft some good wide receivers though.
                          Thanks Ted!

If he's not back to his old self, then they're screwed yet again. And I have to put up with the possibility of running into him at the Home Depot.

Big brother Peyton not Eli MJ.

The bottom line. Can Peyton Manning get his throwing veloscity back? Without that how much are the Colts willing to shell out of a QB Coach?

                              Peyton Manning's arm 100% and...in a Skins uniform? He's NOT that dumb.
