Mark Chmura, Rocket Ismail among 28 new concussion plaintiffs

Getty Images The latest concussion lawsuit against the NFL has been filed by a guy who likely knows more than he care to about the legal system. Former Packers tight end Mark Chmura, who stood trial for rape in 2001, is the lead plaintiff in a 28-player complaint filed Thursday in Philadelphia by Gene Locks of the Locks Law Firm. The complaint is available at NFLConcussionLitigation.com.Maybe he could blame his hot tub indiscretion on reduced mental capacity.
