THe draft is a stark admission that there is a lot of crap on the current defensive roster.

          • T2 asked about all the trading:

            tom silverstein ‏ @TomSilverstein
TT: Horrible. I'm not my father's son anymore, Thompson joked about trading up so much.

            Jason Wilde ‏ @jasonjwilde
Thompson on trading away picks: "It's horrible. I'm not my father's son anymore. It's pathetic. But in this case I felt it was appropriate."
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

                  • If Chris Polk is there somehow in the 7th round, I don't care if his shoulders are so bad he'll miss the entire season, if he's going to play football for you at any point in the next four years he's worth a flyer. Arian Foster kind of situation.

Thinking the samething especially for a 7th.

I think if they really need to defend the run this year, you will see some four man fronts.

It's a degenerative hip, but I'm with you. Even if you could get a couple decent seasons...

                              • I wonder if Capers would have been able to rip off 6 straight defensive players if Philbin was still here.
