Miss St. ran a lot of the Run-Option spread during Sherrod's time. Similar in approach, if not scheme, to West Virginia and Florida. They ran a ton for a lot of yards. Passed well, but as Justin has pointed out, not from a Pro Scheme. Though he probably is not fazed by third downs and an empty backfield.
