The rest of the week we cannot call for his firing, but we can rage about how horrible he is and call him names and possibly fling boogers in his general direction.

I say promote Slocum to a newly designated position of: "Assistant to the Assistant Head Coach and Chief Coordinator of Coordinators". The dual responsibility of this position will require that a new ST coordinator be hired. Lots of reasons for this:

- Since we are advocating for him to be promoted, it should be allowed any day of the week, or at least any day not designated as a "fire" or "resignation" day. That will allow us to take a strong position advocating something each and every day.

- Slocum and Moss seem to deserve each other.

- The Assistant Head Coach is irrelevant; the Assistant to the Assistant should be even less relevant.

- There are more and more coaches on the team as years go by. There are three coordinators who should themselves be coordinated. A coordinator of coordinators seems natural, sort of like the never ending expansion of titles in the scouting department. Yet, the coordinator of coordinators should be no more influential to the coordinators than the Assistant Head Coach is to the Head Coach

- It gets around the issue of those troublesome MM/peanut butter pictures that Smeefers wrote about.

Wednesday is fire day, thursday is ask for resignation day, so logically friday should be promotion day.

Got I hate this guy. Like, so much. It's a hate that just grows and grows and grows. Hopefully, I hate him so much that he does a good job this year. Either that or moves to Timbuktu.
