IMO our biggest defensive star in the second last game that the New York GIANTS visited Lambeau field was DT Corey Williams. He left us after that season and spent 2008-09 with the cleveland BROWNS and starting 18 games with 81 tackes;4.5 SACKS; 8 pdef and 2 FF.
Corey Williams then landed in Detroit and started 31 games with the LIONS with 68 tackles;4 SACKS; 4 pdef;1 Pick and 1 FF.
He was with the Packers from 2004-07. He never started a game until 2006 and in 2006-07 he started 20 games with 69 tackles; 14 SACKS; 3 pdef; 1 Pick and 3 FF.
