The drama of Bejing when Jason Lezak swam perhaps the best anchor leg of any relay in Olympic history to beat France by .01 seconds and take home the gold in the 4x100 freestyle relay simply cannot be duplicated at an NFL training camp. And that's just one example.
TC is the beginning of the road for NFL players in any given season. The Olympics are the height of most competitor's careers. It's like watching a new Super Bowl every day for 2 weeks straight, with each day providing new drama in a sport you probably only watch once every 4 years. I just watched Brazil-Germany women's beach volley bar. What a downer. The Brazilian women are wearing voyeur-proof vests over their bikinis. Disgraceful. This is not in the olympic spirit. Brazil of all places, the inventors of the thong bikini and that special little haircut.
