Comp picks are awarded based on the dollar value of the contract. Flynn's contract dollar total is tied to playing time, though. If he doesn't hit the playing time escallators in his contract, we could only get a 6th for him, instead of the 3rd...Comment

After the first game Wilson had they want to see what he can do with the #1s. Flynn is a nice QB but I think Wilson is the guy with more potential. They also didn't sign Flynn to that large of a contract and if Wilson really has been doing better then Flynn in camp money really shouldn't be an issue for who is starting.Originally posted by imscott72 View Post

This seems crazy to me that Wilson is starting. We will see what happens. I wish him all the best as a former Badger except when he is playing against the Pack.But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

I'm reasonably confident that once NFL DCs start scheming against Russel Wilson, he'll look much, much worse.
His game isn't really tough to figure out, it's just different from that of most QBs.
I imagine if Carroll hands the starting job to Wilson, he'll be benched before season's end.</delurk>Comment
