  • CUTLER TALKIN A LIL SMACK

This was all over the NFL Network; he's basically wishing the Packer CB's good luck in covering his WR's. He may be right
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

With his O line maybe he ought to be worried about Perry and CM3...

He will be lucky to make it to the second half.

Cutler is like another old slinger. He always gives you a couple of chances for INTs. He's always had swagger, it's not like that was a part of his game that was missing.

When's the last time we've seen Green Bay actually play press man?

Agreed we play soft zone that leads to big yards and TDs!

I'm just hoping we see a return of the 'trick knee' that 'gives out' whenever Cutler plays sucky

Pedal harder, Jay! Work out that 'stiffness!'

I hope the Packers make Cutlet eat his words....but I'm not to confident they will. The Packers hope rides on the Arod and the offense tearing them up.

Bring it on! Cutler should be feeling confident against a pathetic pass defense.

Why doesn't the Pack play as much press any more? And when did that change? I've wondered about this.

Capers is panicking like MM. Suddenly these two do not look so smart.

I thought it pretty much tracked back to Collins and Williams getting hurt. Tramon couldn't tackle, so he played a soft zone. Peprah can't cover ground nearly as well, so he played soft, and the combination of Burnett's inexperience, broken hand, and Shield's concussion basically turned the Packer secondary into a collapsing tent like mush of a coverage. You would think it could improve this year, but then there is the craptastick play of Doc Jennings, and some reliability issues at RCB, plus the lack of confidence in Burnett to play like Collins. Stir in a crappy pass rush, slow or inexperienced pass covering LBs, and you have a D Coor who starts to sweat bullets thinking about playing press at the corners.

This secondary is starting off looking like 2004 - hopefully we won't have some all-out meltdown like we did that year at Philly.

So basically the 2010 Tramontana and House are the only CBs on the roster capable of player bump and run.
