I just about yelled at Dan for starting this early.

I hate Thursday football. the only fond memories of it were the annual Browns v Bengals tilt on Thursday when Modell held sway over the TV contracts. It was usually the only time they were on National TV until Kosar came along.

Hate it too, and it's hell on FF players. Now instead of fixing up your team on a Saturday afternoon, I've got to squeeze it in between work and supper on Wednesday. I might not play next year.

Football is for week-ends, I don't need this shit mid-week.

*sigh* having said that, I'll be tuning in, and probably posting tonight. When's kick-off?

Close game that can go either way.

Enjoyed the Leroy Butler video which suggests putting the best d players on the field. (Probably would not be done since coaches do not like admit mistakes.) LB's suggestion is to put Bush at Safety, SS at Corner, Perry at ilb for Smith and Walden for Perry at olb. The continually flip flopping is causing the miscommunication problems as per LB. IMO LB suggestions is the way to go and allow the defense to jell.

Moving Bush to safety and Perry to ILB is flip-flopping. I don't think either of those players has taken a single snap at those positions this year. And this is his suggestion to improve communication?

The suggestion is to keep the players at their new positions -- "live or die" type thinking.

JB actually was switched to safety maybe in 2010 albeit for a short time. Packers d requires more physicality on the field.

I know JB has been cross-trained at S and CB in the past, but he has been focusing on solely CB this year, as well as last year I believe.

A stream based Stateside has to be well hidden or it's doomed to die a quick death. Most now are shared via private forum and are password required. Someone here at PRs should nut up and stream from their hacked PS3 or XBOX in the GC.
