drops and dumb penalties have been a problem early..also Rodgers seems to be holding it a bit longer and running backwards more than sliding out of pressure.

I think the offense will come around as they get going. right now I think they are pressing a little, and maybe thats due to high expectations. when they quit pressing and trying to live up to last yr's numbers, they will settle in and be quite potent.

He's such a douche when it comes to announcing. His draft stuff isn't bad, but I cringe when he announces games. Him and Joe Buck drive me nuts.

The Vikings stench has rubbed off on Mayock. He does the Vikings preseason games. I don't think he's too bad though. He's not a homer. He is a former scout, so he seems like he has a hard time believing a late round pick could be any good. Talking about Newhouse as a former 5th round pick as if it would be a surprise if he turned out any good. Meanwhile, Lang and Sitton were 4th round picks and Saturday wasn't even drafted.

I think his throwing has been fine in this game. Too many drops by everybody. His pocket awareness is at 2008 form right now, but I have no doubt he'll turn it around.
