Initial report in Game Day thread was that on a reception call, they cannot reverse WHO was ruled to have caught it. They can rule on whether it was a clean catch (not hit the ground, controlled ball through going to the ground) but not reverse the credit of the catch.Originally posted by superfan View PostMy favorite comment on that site about the replacement refs:

the refs never got together to confer and decide what the call was. 2 different calls and they go to replay to review what? he assumed TD?Comment
