Without CedBen - M3 didn't adjust and Arod didn't make the plays. Time of Possession killed the defense in 2nd half - and on last drive.
When we did adjust -too little, too late. Missed 2pt conversion hurt a lot. Time out on 2nd down after a spike. WTF. Cant place a ton of blame on Crosby - 50/50 from 50+. That's all on the offense.
And wtf - does the Defense need a fricken ball hawk lesson. I counted 4-5 possible INTs.
Total team lack of execution and keeping a team with a lot to play for in the game.

Disappointing all around... Defense played like pussies on last drive. 3 chances to make a hit - and decided to glace off.
Add the injuries from last 2 weeks - both Jennings, Finley, Raji, etc. - this one hurts. literallyThe measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.

Seems like once a player goes done. i.e. Benson today. The offense just can't recover or if they do, it's too little too late. McCarthy and the Staff needs to do a better job of getting back up guys ready. This is the NFL, players are going to get hurt, you have to be prepared for that.Comment
