  • Official Packers at Rams Game Day Thread

Like the old song goes, "what a difference a day makes". Last Sunday took all of us "Packer Fan" from the despair and angst of possibly no postseason games to stomping on what was considered by many to be the best team in the NFL. The thrill of last game carried many including myself on a high all week. The money won, the media getting "ssssshhhhhhhed", and the NFL put on notice that the Pack is no where near finished.

Well it's time to sober up MFers and not forget that today's opponent is really only a chump by name who in reality boast a damn good pass defense when at home. But it wont matter as their dome again provides the speed Rodgers and Co will again use to light up the scoreboard and finally get above .500 for the first time this season. Even though many fans are thinking this is a sure thing I gotta believe M3 and his players do not feel that way after the colts disaster. That's why there is no way in hell they let this one slip away and the good guys come out on top again.

      Here are today's inactives:

      PACKERS

      RB Johnny White
      CB Sam Shields
      LB Nick Perry
      OL Greg Van Roten
      WR Greg Jennings
      NT B.J. Raji
      Here are the lineup changes:

      James Jones for Jennings
      Ryan Pickett for Raji
      Jerel Worthy for Pickett
      Erik Walden for Perry
      Casey Hayward for Shields
      Brad Jones for D.J. Smith
FYI: The Packers are wearing their green home jerseys because the Rams have chosen to wear white.

      RAMS

      QB Austin Davis
      WR Danny Amendola
      RB Terrance Ganaway
      LB Mario Haggan
      DT Matt Conrath
      OT Rodger. Saffold
      OT Wayne Hunter
      Here are the lineup changes:

      Joe Barksdale for Hunter
      Austin Pettis for Amendola
      I can't run no more
      With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
      Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up
      A thundercloud
They're going to hear from me - Leonard Cohen

Green road uni. That's going to be weird. Like the Rams whites. Liked the old Blue and white or blue and gold better.

Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Packers are going to get run over here...180 yards and 3 TDs for the Rams RBs...its over.
Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

At least its Billick. Odds of getting actual info increased.

              Packers defer.

                Go Pack Go!
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Rodgers needs to take off once he gets hit the first time. You know your pocket's gone.

There must be a way to adjust to noise in domes for Tackles. Earl Dotson used to be able to do it with bad hearing.
