We need a 'Da Bears' trap to move higher up the NFC playoff standings.

Bears play Texans on Sunday Night. That's a big game for us. 9 weeks in. We can't give them too much of a cushion with only 7 to go.

Really, considering how strong the NFCN is, all of the teams have tough remaining schedules. It's important we make up a game here. Bears losing to the Texans is a big deal. We have Detroit (passing team), maybe with out #52. Then we have the Giants. Yikes.

Bears have Texans and 49ers. We have to take care of business and hope they lose one or two of those.

If the Bears go into the last 6 weeks with a 2 game cushion, that will be very hard to overcome.

Playing dabears in the playoffs? I like when that happens!

I guess we really have to ask ourselves the question. Is home field really an advantage? Pack vs. Matty "Ice" in the Georgia Dome for a SB trip sounds great to me.

It is kinda hard to argue against that.

It's gotten weird in the NFL, almost like having the playoff bye week hurts the teams that have earned it.

I have no statistical evidence to support this.

If the playoffs started today, Packers likely would have to beat the Giants, Atlanta and Chicago to make it to the Superbowl. Kinda seems familiar.

Packers will lose their next 2. Win 5 straight after that and then win 3 in a row on the road in the playoffs as the 5th team in the NFC on their way to the Super Bowl!

You think we'll lose to the loins?

If Matthews doesn't play, and if the Lions pin their ears back like they did in 2010, it will be a long day.
