Yes, that one, and what pb said makes sense - as far as NFL rules can be said to make sense.

It was ruled 'down by contact' on the field, so not a turnover and not automatically reviewed. We challenged and got it changed to a fumble.

Just watched the replay on William's penalty. How was that not called as offsetting, i.e. penalties on both?
