Al Harris just got his first full time coaching gig. He was an intern last year with the Dolphins. Andy Reid must think enough about his ability to understand the position:

Good for him. Hard worker, got by on impeccable technique (and freakish strength). If he can instill his work ethic and commitment while teaching, he'll be a success. If his off-field habits have remained, KC area strip clubs should see an increase in business as well!--
