Back to the first play, illegal formation call. Something to do with the WR? What was wrong, did he need to be on the LOS?

To have two receivers eligible on one side of the field (or three for that matter), one of the receivers needs to be off the LOS by a yard. If you on on the LOS, then its called covering up the player inside of you.

It helps the D identify who is eligible for a pass.
