I am thinking Wallace to the Vikes has all the makings of a much more expensive version of Bernard Berrian. He's not going to turn Christian Ponder into Roethlisburger, and 13 big ones is way too much to pay any wide receiver, including ones named Don Hutson, Jerry Rice, CJ and Larry Fitz. I dislike the Vikings as much as the next guy (ok, hate), but I don't exactly want to see them cripple their cap and remain non-competitive for the foreseeable future.
