As much as we chide Sherman for that shot, given the true value, or lack there of, of the workouts and especially the 40 times, it might be best for a GM to sleep through that part. Some positions, the combine results have a very strong correlation to success in the NFL. Others, not as much.
On a side note, the Bears GM says there are 5-6 starting safeties in this class and calls it an unusually high number. A lot of us are hoping for a Collins replacement. Maybe this is the year!!Formerly known as JustinHarrell.Comment
