Jags unis are flat out ugly.

Dolphins okay, Vikes okay.

But nothing beats the Green and Gold. And I even liked Ron Wolf's suggestion for a new uni, which got shot down. I didn't like it at the time, but it's grown on me:

Is it just me, or do the Jax and Panthers unis look an awful lot alike?

Pretty close to this, I think. Numbers are different, but there's even black on the shoulders/sleeves of both.

Well, Jaguar and Panther can be synonymous.

Yeah. As long as their purple, they'll look like shit. The Dolphins actually look respectable like that, considering their shitty draw of colors. That's the only one of that bunch I like and it's only because it looks better than it used to.


My favorite football uni is the Crimson Tide. I can't believe an NFL team doesn't try that. My favorite NFL home uni is the Steelers. Football players aren't supposed to look like ferries. They're supposed to look plain and mean. That's it.

Little kids put on costumes and become evil warlocks, soldiers, and super-men. . . . When you get on the field, you're no longer human. You're a fucking killer or super hero. I guess I'm OK with some of these super-hero looking uniforms, but as a fan, I want my team to look like a bunch of ill-mannered ogres that are going to rip your head off and stomp on your dead body. The Tide have kind of a war feel to them, like they'll surround you and smother you as a unit. . . . .

Some of these football uniforms look like they're going to a gay orgy, not into battle. For the love of Vince, WTF happened to football? And that's nothing against the feminine side of anything. . . . I just don't sit down to watch football to bring out my soft side.
