  • The expertise of Packerrats!

From what I have read (and written) on here, it seems that:

Capers sucks and should be fired.
Slocum sucks and should be fired.
Campen sucks and should be fired.
Moss was kept for no good reason and contributes nothing.
Clements was a step down at OC from Philbin.
Edgar Bennett has no business coaching WRs because he was a RB.
McAddo can't possible contribute anything as QB coach.
Van Pelt is out of his league coaching RBs.
Perry & Whitt are more hype than performance.
The strength and conditioning staff should be fired for all of the injuries the last three seasons.

TT is a stubborn no-it-all who is too set in his ways and knows nothing about putting together a defense or a tough, physical squad. Besides, he screwed up the last draft.

MM is guilty of brain-farts leading to losses in close games. He knows nothing about the run game, and wouldn't use it even if he did, because his whole focus is passing.

Murphy is a carpet-bagging idiot who screwed up the Favre situation with the $25M. offer AND the last CBA negotiations, where he was asked to leave the room.

I won't even go into the horribleness of the players, like all of the safeties; every LB not named Matthews; Bush; most of the DL; Newhouse, EDS, and sometimes Lang; Bulaga as an LT; the TEs; any WR other than Nelson, Jones and Cobb; Crosby and all returning RBs (except maybe the used car salesman).

Then.....I look at the Packers record over the last 8 seasons, and I am lead to the conclusion that:

    we 'Rats might be wrong.......

You're such a homer, Patler. Don't you know the Niners killed the Packers twice last year, the Packers lost two of their last three, and the SB win a few years ago was luck?

Aaron Rodgers, who fell into TT's lap, is carrying this team.

I think I'm going to steal that one, it is much better than nattering nabobs of negativism!

Best Spiro Agnew reference of the day.
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

I can't help it my standards are high AND that I possibly suffer from multiple personalities.

Which would explain the disappearance of the run game in the 2nd half under McCarthy ...
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Yep. Can't believe we are still handing out credit for that pick, the 24th in Round 1. No-brainer. Any GM could have made that call.

Don't forget that Thompson is clearly an ego-maniac who cannot stand the thought of a player he did not draft succeeding on his team. This explains everything.

You forgot that Wayne Larrivee is no Max McGee in the announcers booth. After all, the Pack went to 2 Super Bowls with Max in the booth compared to only one with Wayne. There's your superior announcer dagger!

TT doesn't know what the hell he is doing, if I was GM we would at least be in the Super Bowl every year. I took the Packers to the Super Bowl 10 out of 10 years in Madden so I know I could do it in real life since its pretty much the same thing.

I'm pretty sure you've thought this far in advance, Patler, but imagine if we posted the positive things some of us say (the homer crew, including me.)

Then you would look at the record and we might be right
