The Jets under Walt Michaels were a weird team. They were supposed to be really good that year but they finished 4-12 and were the only team to lose to the 1-15 Aints. Not sure it's totally about BF. Once Longwell gets back in the fold and gets his name out there, it's a lifetime opportunity to make a living in the state of Wisconsin. Golf outings, banquets, etc. Much more lucrative than as a retired Viking in Minn.
